Go by rapid-service train of JR Chuo Line (Tokyo -- Shinjuku -- Takao) to Mitaka. Go through the south exit and take a bus to Sakakibara Kinen Byoin or Asahicho 3 chome or Kurumagaeshi-danchi at the bus stop No. 6. Reave it at Nomizu 1 chome (Nomizu-icchome). You will find the church across the road. Remember the route name of the bus has a number "52".
Go by rapid-service train of JR Chuo Line (Tokyo -- Shinjuku -- Takao) to Musashisakai. Take Seibu Tamagawa Line and leave it at Tama. After the ticket barrier, turn to the right. Turn to the right again at the end of the street, cross the Tamagawa Line, and work for 8 minutes. You will find the church on your left.
Go by Keio Line (Shinjuku -- Fuchu -- Keio-Hachioji) to Chofu. Take a bus to Tama-ekimae and leave it at Tama-ekimae. Go straight into a alleyway in the direction of the bus when you leave it. Turn to the right at a railroad crossing and work for 8 minutes. You will find the church on your left.
If you take taxi, you will find one easily at south exit of Musashisakai station, JR Chuo Line or north exit of Chofu station, Keio Line. Tell the driver "Chofu Baputesuto Kyokai".
Exit at Chofu Interchange, Chuo Expressway, the extention of Metropolitan (Shuto) Expressway Route No. 4, go in the direction of Fuchu. Turn to the right at "Ajinomoto Stadium", and turn to the right again at the end of the street. Drive for 380 meters long. You will find the church on your left.
